Christianity in Africa is growing rapidly—from 8 million Christians in 1900 to 619 million by 2000. By 2050, there will be over one billion. This growth has created hundreds of thousands of congregations needing trained pastoral leaders.
But training isn’t enough. Many pastors burn out under immense pressure—financial strain, exhaustion, loneliness, and little support. Without intentional care and renewal, they face burnout, moral failure, and damaged ministries.
